To Bean, or not to Bean:

that should never be a question!I am making Kwati (sprouted bean soup) YUM!
It is not only pretty and delicious, but very nutritious!
You should try it some day…
Here are my sweet little beans soaked and ready to sprout: I have: Mung-, Urad-, Adzuki-, Kidney-, Pink-, Navy-, Great Northern-, Soy-, Pinto-, Garvanzo-, Kala Garvanzo-, Red -Beans, Yellow Peas and Black eyed Peas,
I will make a picture of the finished soup too.
