I am taking a little break from the preparations for tomorrow. Almost done. All there is to do tomorrow is make the deserts and salads and set up the yard.
I thought I give you a little preview of what we will have!
All is home made from scratch.

Rainbow trout, we only got one:
The trout will be steamed on the BBQ in the foil. Sooo good, with lemon, onion, salt, pepper and a bit of rosemary!
Lavender for lemonade (in the background you can see the watermelon I carved like a whale to hold the fruit salad):
There will also be ribs, hot dogs, burgers and a bit of chicken. A friend is going to bring some oisters. My home made salads: noodle salad, potato salad, cucumber salad. Desert (will be made tomorrow morning):white chocolate mousse, strawberry-cheese cake. Then there is also: home made -dips, -BBQ sauce, and -bread (in the oven now).
And chips, but I did not make those, so I won’t count them.
