I am sample knitting for Bittersweet Woolery at the moment!
The yarn is simply SCRUMPTIOUS! Soft and squishy and the colour is absolutely one of my favourites! 🙂
Tina picked the Blackrose pattern from Knitty Magazine (Winter 08 issue)
Here is a picture of the first sock I knitted:
The yarn is Hand dyed MCN Sock Yarn 80% Merino, 10% Cashmere and 10%Nylon, 435 yards of it! The colourway is “Avalon”.
I’m seriously loving this yarn!!!!! 🙂
I really enjoyed the yarn. If I would have knitted these for myself, I would have changed the pattern for the toe. I personally don’t like square toes for myself (to wear) and these are extremely square if you ask me…I love the heels though! One can’t really see it in the pictures that come with the pattern, but the heel has a delightful pattern. “Dimpled”very pretty! 🙂
I hope Tina will like them!
