Tuesdays are for Charity

I am trying to get my schedule organised this year…

Mondays I go volunteering all day and on Wednesdays half a day. I’m usually pretty tired on Monday, so not much gets done. Maybe a few emails answered, or some research done, but that would be it.

Tuesdays will be for my charity knitting/crochet from now on. I think if I have one day a week I will get quite something done! Well, here is hoping!

Wednesdays will be sewing unless I don’t have anything to sew, then they are going to be custom knitting.

Thursday and Friday will be for custom knitting

The Weekend is for my private knitting!

I will still blog when I feel like it as I have done so far.. when it strikes me fancy, or when I have something to share, that I think might interest you.

Let’s see how this will work out!
Charity Tuesday update:

I am crocheting a blanket right now out of leftover yarns that are not enough for hats any more. I got these donated to me from the leftovers of custom knitting. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! A few are out of my stash! I am thinking of lining it with fleece fabric when I am done crocheting it…. What do you think?

P.S. if you want to donate anything to the charitable knitting/crocheting yarn please email me to ramblingdesigns[at]gmail[dot]com 🙂 I’m running low!

  1. I think that lining it with fleece or flannel and doing a crocheted trim all around the edge will be beautiful.
Isn’t it wonderful when you can use up your left over stash that really isn’t enough to do anything else with? Very giving and creative of you…
